Exchange & Return

  • You can exchange and return product in 7 Days after Delivery.
  • Costumer will bear the cost of delivery in case of mind change or any color issue.
  • If the product is defective we will bear all the charges of delivery.

How can you Return or Exchange the product ?

  • Pack the product courier the parcel back to us. Please contact us for address.
  • The returned product should be in the same condition, if the received product is damaged/torned/used then it won't be eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • During return once we get back our product, we will transfer your payment online immediately.

Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty of any bag will be claim only for the damage of zip, trolley, handle and wheels. (Manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery)
  • Body damage after use for hard body luggage will not be claimable. (It all depend upon the usage and care of the product)
  • If we mentioned any Hardshell Luggage is unbreakable then we can claim the body in warranty of that Luggage.
  • Soft body damage in the middle will not be claimable.
