Products & Availability
All products listed on Travelage are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, minor variations may occur. Travelage reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through approved methods available on our website, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options. Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received (for prepaid orders).
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Travelage reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of checkout. Travelage is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Returns & Exchange
We offer a limited return and exchange policy. Products can only be exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Claims must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the product with proper proof (images/videos). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Warranty
Warranty (if applicable) varies by product and brand. Warranty claims are subject to the respective brand’s policies. Physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information. Travelage will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Travelage website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Travelage and may not be used or reproduced without prior permission.
Limitation of Liability
Travelage shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
